This game presents a 2D Action Shooter experience with a top-down perspective, facilitating players' exploration of a spaceship while uncovering its intriguing storyline. However, you find yourself not as the sole survivor; thus, your objective is to navigate through the Horror, locate other survivors, and make a harrowing Escape from the nightmarish station while obliterating it to prevent any possible aftermath.
The tale tranSports you back to events that preceded the Original game - Ailment. The primary character, along with a close friend, embarks on an expedition through the entirety of the laboratory spacecraft - Endurance - in an effort to uncover how the virus, responsible for the crew's insanity, originated and spread. They will confront various adversaries and rescue fellow crew members who have fallen into peril. It promises to be quite an intense experience!
"Endurance" has earned the moniker of being a maze or Dungeon. This labyrinthine structure, viewed from a bird’s-eye perspective, is filled with numerous nooks and crannies that obstruct various passages like a complex maze. While this layout poses challenges, it also serves as a Tactical advantage in combat scenarios. Moreover, it operates under dark dungeon-like conditions, where failing to stay vigilant could cost you your life.
